We proudly offer this warranty because in 17 years of building and designing Modern Trikes, we have not had a single reported failure. Our trikes have been fully and thoroughly tested and raced in every form of racing by top professional pushing machines to their limits. We have also been inspected by the C.P.S.C. with glowing remarks on safety. No other modern trike company can make these same statements of fact.
